I love cooking and here I will show you recipes that I like:


MINT MILKSHAKE

I love making this recipe it´s easy and tastes good. I hope you enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS:
-Vanilla ice cream
-mint syrup
-milk
UTENSILS:
-Mixer

First we add two scoops of ice cream, the syrup and two cups of milk in the mixer. Turn on the blender, when it´s liquid you pour into the glasses and enjoy!
OPTIONAL:
Add whipped cream or/and sprinkles.


Mexican Quesadillas

For dinner sometimes i like to make quesadillas, they are very easy to make and super yummy.

INGREDIENTS:
-Two flour tortillas
-Three slices of cheddar cheese
-A little bit of butter
UTENSILS:
-Frying pan
-Spatula

First we put a little bit of butter in the frying pan we put the pan on the stove and let the batter melt. Lay the tortilla in the pan and put the cheese slices on top, then put another tortilla on top. Wait for two minutes and then use the spatula to flip it over. Cook for another two minutes and with the spatula serve on a plate and eat!
OPTIONAL:
Add ham or another type of cheese.


CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
(mas abajo en castellano)



Since I was little I like to make chocolate chip cookies with my mom. Now I make them by myself.

INGREDIENTS:
-220g butter
-3/4 cup of brown sugar
-3/4 cup of white sugar
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon of vanilla
-2 1/4 cups of flour
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-2 cups of chocolate chips

UTENSILS:

-2 bowls
-oven
-mixer
-wooden spoon
-baking sheet

Pre-heat oven to 200º

First put the butter in the mixing bowl add white sugar and brown sugar and mix until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. In the other bowl mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Then slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture. Finally add chocolate chips and stir with the wooden spoon.

Line the baking sheet with oven paper and with a spoon place scoops of cookie dough 4cm apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown. (repeat)

CASTELLANO


Desde que era pequeña, me gustaba hacer estas cookies con mi madre. Ahora los hago por mi cuenta.



INGREDIENTES:

-220 g de mantequilla
-100g de azúcar moreno
-100g de azúcar blanco
-2 huevos
-1 cucharadita de vainilla
-300g de harina
-1 cucharadita de sal
-1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
-2 tazas de chispas de chocolate
UTENSILIOS:
-2 boles grandes para mezclar
-horno
-cuchara de madera
- bandeja de hornear
-papel de horno
Precalentar el horno a 200º
Primero coloque la mantequilla en el recipiente para mezclar, agregue azúcar blanco y azúcar moreno y mezcle hasta que quede cremoso. Agregue los huevos y la vainilla y mezcle. En el otro recipiente, mezcle la harina, la sal y el bicarbonato de sodio. A continuación, agregue lentamente la mezcla de harina a la mezcla de mantequilla. Finalmente agregue las chispas de chocolate y revuelva con la cuchara de madera. Cubra la bandeja para hornear con papel de horno y con una cuchara coloque las cucharadas de masa para galletas a una distancia de 4 cm entre ellas. Hornee durante 8-10 minutos hasta que los bordes estén dorados. (repetir)
